New to dieting...

I am new to this whole dieting thing and was looking for some good suggestions for in between meal snacks that were healthy. Thanks in advance

    So many fast and easy things to eat:

    Hard boiled eggs
    Salads
    Fruits w/ pb or chocolate
    Vegetables w/ ranch
    Yogurt
    Chips and salsa/guac
    Soups

    The key to eating better is portion control.

    Fruit and veggies :) If your looking to slim your stomach down then I would suggest steam cooking your veggies. I like steaming broccoli and adding syrup or plum sauce to it as a stir fry or with shrimp (seafood is low calories/fat and very healthy). Keeping snacks like grapes prepared to go in your fridge is helpful and convenient to fight off other cravings :)
