Thank you!! You can't see the front (unzipped part) lol but hey...every little step in the right direction counts. I wish the number didn't matter so much! Even though my goal is to get into AE size 6 jeans , and I don't have a number goal, it's still always in the back of my mind :( great job on the pants size loss!!!

We use ours for everything!!! No charbroiled taste tho! They make bomb grilled cheese sandwiches!!

You can't target where you lose from. You can only eat less than you burn! Look in success stories, make some friends, and check out some open diaries. Mine is open :) I do not restrict any foods I just stay within my calorie goal for weight loss and I exercise for health and a tight butt!! Good luck and welcome!!

Umm well when I have it... Grill, tends to get dry. ( I basically can't grill anything) or baked in a glass pan with a little olive oil. Any tips :)

I've done the guides! They work well but I tire of them quickly bc I don't think they are fun. I eat at a deficit and do not follow her diet. Id be up to doing one again as I haven't done one in a while and I've got 30 days till Florida :)

I get this as well when running but I know it's not due to not being properly hydrated...not sure what causes it!!

I drink 2 bottles with every meal, one in between lunch and dinner- so about 7 a day. If I don't- my weightloss stalls :( if I drink- and of course stay under calories/ I'm good to go !!

I don't cut anything out- just fit it into my calories! If I'm not drinking water- I don't lose :)
