also! is anybody finding themselves really hungry when doing this, especially at level 3? im worrying im not eating right for the workout specifically even though my diet is healthy. what are your diets like guys? have you changed your calorie intake specifically for this?

When you do belly dance it's like you can feel your belly going flatter and tighter while you're doing it! I tried it out in my home and was sweating after 15mins!
