I am eating keto, so I do very low carb. No wine or chocolate or I would retain water from the sugar . Today my carbs were 4 total. . We all react to carbs in our own way. . 30 carbs and I would gain weight. . Find your sweet spot and stick with it. :-)

Exactly what you said!! I don't need a cheat day and don't miss anything or crave anything any more. I am about ten weeks keto I think. Might be 11, but it's now a WOL.

I LOVE spicy food. I made a very bland breakfast casserole to freeze in individual portions. Oh gosh, it's just eggs and cream and cheese.. Hubby liked it and I didn't, but it will be good for me.

@pondsbb , not everyone here is Keto. We are labeled a low carb group, some are Keto and some are low to moderate carb. You don't need to leave the group.

My spinal surgery is scheduled and approved for August 11th. Since I need to make some freezer meals and portioned meals, I would love to stay in challenge if it's OK.

What is my current exercise program... None, I have medical restrictions right now. The specifics of my challenge for the month..... I want to keep moving. . I have to stay within my restrictions, but I want to be able to track my steps on my Fitbit Charge HR.

So far I have seen nothing different while doing IF. I feel the same, my weigh still fluctuates, losing inches at about the same rate. No harm, no foul.

I would really like to do both challenges, but because my doctor has given me so many physical restrictions right now, I am going to really think about if I can find an activity that I can do... I will be trying to figure out something.

I do total carbs. Mine are set at 15, but I am usually under 10.
