I am on day 3 right now and loving it! I've always been a fan of the elliptical and treadmill but this is actually really fun (and challenging, of course....) I can't keep up with the push ups AT ALL but cannot wait to see myself improve

Not sure what is your main reason to go gluten free but processed GF products are usually made of cornstarch, rice starch, tapioca starch, and potato starch. I used to drink 1-2 cans of coke a day (and still remain skinny; gotta miss that metabolism!). I gradually cut it down by re-introducing coffee back into my diet. I tried sparkling water too but I realized I needed the caffeine fix. I would love to cut back on caffeine altogether, but at least coffee is healthier than all…

24, 5"1-2 CW: 127 GW: 110 UGW: 103 calorie intake -1000-2000; 1300 average exercise 5x a week, 30 minutes run or elliptical do you eat back exercise calories -pretty much. Need to cut back on carbs. Bread, animal crackers and goldfish are my weaknesses... I eat them on a daily basis!

I know it shouldn't..but I think it contributed to my weight gain. I work night shifts and eat at 11pm couple nights a week. It makes me bloated the next day and more likely to overeat.

GW#1: 120 UGW: 103 Have always been petite, around 105-110 throughout hs and college, but started gaining weight since I started my desk job. Approx a pound every month ...and BOOOOM 127 now. Determined to lose inchess all over body and get my hip-waist ratio back to the normal range :)
