I have gained 7lbs in the last 2 weeks, and figured I would gain about 10lbs. So I'm happy and I will get this weight off in 2 weeks.

Sure did, worked arms for about 60 min, hit the eliptical for 15min

My best is a 27.38 about 6 weeks ago. I quit smoking 4 months ago, so I'm very happy with that.

On the weekends I'm usually in the gym by 7:30am at the latest. If I eat anything its a bannana or a granola bar before my workout, but 90% of the time I dont eat anything. I wait till I'm done then have breakfast.
