    Mon: 60 minutes Jazzercise, 20 minutes light housecleaning
    Tue: 60 minute Jazzercise
    Wed: 20 minutes light housecleaning
    Thur: 15 minutes Dance off, 20 minutes house cleaning - jazzercise was cancelled because of the snow : (
    Fri: 30 minutes of dancing
    Sat: Did not want to but 20 minutes stationary bike (wanted to keep my promises)

    Mon: 197 minutes -- 60 mins on challenges, 62 mins walking 4.17 miles, 75 mins on walking DVD.
    Tues: 133 minutes -- 70 minutes on challenges and 63 minutes walking 4.19 miles.
    Wed: 122 minutes -- 60 minutes on challenges and DVD workout and 62 mins walking 4.22 miles
    Thur: REST DAY
    Fri: 105 minutes -- 45 mins on challenges and 60 mins walking 4.18 miles
    Sat: 234 minutes - 70 mins on challenges, 118 mins walking, 46 mins on the recumbent

    So pleased I managed to achieve this. Back to work tomorrow so will have same aim for next week. :smile:

    Mon: 51minutes - running
    Tue: 58minutes - running and runtastic challenges (total 109min)
    Wed: rest day
    Thur: 53minutes - running (total 162mins)
    Fri: 20mins - 30DS (total 182mins)
    Sat: 100mins - running, 30DS and runtastic challenges (Total: 282mins)
    Sun: 25mins - 30DS + a wee bit extra!

    Total / min left: 300/NONE!

    Friday: 1/3: 65 minutes - yoga + 3 miles on a walking DVD.
    Saturday: 1/4: 0
    Sunday: 1/5: 60 minutes - 4 miles on walking dvd
