    I'm in for 450 minutes a week in January

    Week #1 -- 12/30 - 01/05 -- Goal 450 mins -- Actual 989 mins--over 539 mins!! I've never do this before drinker
    Week #2 -- 01/06 - 01/12 -- Goal 450 mins
    Week #3 -- 01/13 - 01/19 -- Goal 450 mins
    Week #4 -- 01/20 - 01/26 -- Goal 450 mins
    Week #5 -- 01/27 - 02/02 -- Goal 450 mins

    Mon: 100 minutes -- 50 mins on challenges and T25 Total Body, and 50 minutes on a walking DVD.

    Tue: 70 minutes; 45 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes stationary bike to cool down, 10 minute low impact aerobics.

    Just saw this topic, so I am a week late to the game; but ready to play hard. I need to be fit enough to climb the tallest peak in NY by the first week of July. So this challenge will be a great help. Thanks for getting this started. This weeks goal will be 180 minutes and I am starting tomorrow. Time to rock and roll!!!!
