Mon: 197 minutes -- 60 mins on challenges, 62 mins walking 4.17 miles, 75 mins on walking DVD.
Tues: 133 minutes -- 70 minutes on challenges and 63 minutes walking 4.19 miles.
Wed: 122 minutes -- 60 minutes on challenges and DVD workout and 62 mins walking 4.22 miles

This is perfect! I think I would do better with some accountability and it would be nice to have a place to check in. I'm getting over the flu so my minutes might be all made up at the end of the week...

P.s. before this afternoon I had no idea there was such a thing as a walking dvd. I watched it on you tube while I had toddlers and tiaras on tv. And thus marks the first time anyone had ever described watching toddlers and tiaras as a healthy experience0
