This is my first time doing one of these challenges and it looks like fun. Below are my exercises up to yesterday 12/17/13.
*NOTE- I modify the P90X so I can go at my own pace. They are too slow on the DVD's.

I have to share this with you all.... Yes, I sttarted physical therapy today. He gave me some stretches to do and manipluted me in such a way I thought I was going to kick him. I looked him in the eye and said S.T.O.P. (very pronounced). He grinned and kept going. I then said, "I know you probably don't get a lot of women telling you to stop, but....". I thought he was going to pee his pants he was laughing soooo hard!! LOL!! He's really cute and in really good shape. :laugh:0 -
