    I'm not sure why I keep logging. I know I won't make it, I want to keep going with my running, but clearly need the rest day to get through without my Si joints and hips acting up too much. I will be done with C25k after this week, then will be headed to Reno, so will have 4 days off from any activity, (2 driving and only 2 with family) After C25k, I will continue to run, but won't be increasing much, so maybe I will be able to get more hours in then.

    A great challenge to keep me accountable during December!

    12/01...............walk 3.5 mph (50 minutes)
    12/02...............run / walk (5.3 mph for 3.5 mile run and 3.5 mph for 2 mile walk (75 minutes)
    12/03...............moving / carrying boxes - unpacking; cleaning floors etc (90 minutes)
    12/04..............walk / run - 1.5 mile walk (3.6 mph) and 3.5 mile run (11 minute mile pace) / ran up & down 6 flights of stairs (70 minutes total)
    12/05..............walk 2.5 mph (30 minutes)
    12/06..............walk 3.5 mph (40 minutes)
    12/07..............walked 1 mile (3.75 mph), ran 4.3 miles (11 minute pace), walked .75 mile (3.75 mph) - (77 minutes total)

    ??You keep logging because it will show you how far you are from meeting your goal!! Keep going, it will encourage you to do better next month IF you aren't able to make it!!! Stay positive!! YOUCAN STILL DO THIS!!! :drinker:

    Yikes! As frustrating as it is, you know you're doing the right thing by slowing down. You're taking care of your health now so that you can heal and maintain your activity down the road. *sends strong mending vibes*

    Dec. 17: 78 minutes (14 miles on the mini-bike plus 1.41 miles running; the similar numbers are pure coincidence).
    Total for Dec. so far: 17.95 hours, 238.15 miles.
    (Includes 20 min. yard work and 27 min. (2.16 mi.) running.)

    I have reached my weight loss goal and am switching to maintenance! *happy dance*
