    12/5 -1 hr walk on treadmill - 4 of 24 hours
    12/6 - .5 hr C25k - 4.5 of 24 hours
    12/9 - .5 hr C25K - 5 of 24 hours
    12/10 - .5 hr walking on treadmill - 5.5 of 24 hours
    12/12 - .75 hr C25k and a bit of walking on treadmill - 6.25 of 24 hours
    12/14 - 1 hour - 35 C25k, 25 walking on treadmill- 7.25 of 24 hours. (Completed week 7 of C25k)

    This is my first time doing one of these challenges and it looks like fun. Below are my exercises up to yesterday 12/17/13.

    *NOTE- I modify the P90X so I can go at my own pace. They are too slow on the DVD's.

    12/1 - 30 min- moderate cleaning
    12/2 - 15 min- P90X legs/back
    33min- Elliptical
    27min- Walking
    12/10- 15min- P90X legs
    10min- Ab ripper
    22min- Elliptical
    22min- walking
    12/11- 25 min- P90X shoulders/arms
    20 min- elliptical

    12/12- 20 min- Legs

    20 min- tread
    12/13- 30 min- shoulders/arms

    I almost forgot I signed up for this! Gotta get my booty in gear. So far:

    I have to share this with you all.... Yes, I sttarted physical therapy today. He gave me some stretches to do and manipluted me in such a way I thought I was going to kick him. I looked him in the eye and said S.T.O.P. (very pronounced). He grinned and kept going. I then said, "I know you probably don't get a lot of women telling you to stop, but....". I thought he was going to pee his pants he was laughing soooo hard!! LOL!! He's really cute and in really good shape. :laugh:
