    I have to share this with you all.... Yes, I started physical therapy today. He gave me some stretches to do and maniplutaed me in such a way I thought I was going to kick him. I looked him in the eye and said S.T.O.P. (very pronounced). He grinned and kept going. I then said, "I know you probably don't get a lot of women telling you to stop, but....". I thought he was going to pee his pants he was laughing soooo hard!! LOL!! He's really cute and in really good shape. :laugh:

    Love it! :D

    Dec. 20: 60 minutes, 14 miles on the mini-bike.
    Total for Dec. so far: 20.95 hours, 279.9 miles.

    OK, I seriously doubt that I will make it this month. I have a friend who had major surgery unexpectedly and was diagnosed with fairly advance colon cancer so wanted to be there for her and have been neglecting my workouts but hopefully back on track. You all are doing so well - fun to see.

    12/2- 65 min w/ trainer (55 min circuit training, 10 min hill intervals at still slow but slightly faster pace)
    12/3- 84 min walking (42 in AM, 42 in PM, although PM route was longer)
    12/4- 60 min w/ trainer (45 min circuit training, 15 min hill intervals - 10 min forward, 5 min backwards)
    12/5- 41 min walk
    12/6- 70 minutes (37 min walk, 33 min. boxing with heavy bag while dancing in the living room like a happy fool)

    12/9- 30 min physical therapy
    12/10- 60 min w/ trainer (circuit training)

    12/12- 60 min (33 min. recumbent elliptical, 27 min. arm bike)

    OK, I seriously doubt that I will make it this month. I have a friend who had major surgery unexpectedly and was diagnosed with fairly advance colon cancer so wanted to be there for her and have been neglecting my workouts but hopefully back on track. You all are doing so well - fun to see.

    Am keeping my fingers crossed for your friend. I spent part of Christmas Day 1995 at the hospital bedside of a friend of mine who had also had surgery for colon cancer. Bless you for being there for her.

    Thanks, just went to visit her - it was great to see her at home instead of the hospital. Her spirits are good right now and she seems to be healing well. Next step is chemo but has a little time until then.
