Yes, I agree that I too need motivation. There is so much stress going on in my life, and that leads me to binge eat. Im trying really really hard not to do that. I kept my same calorie goal, but I noticed that I am eating 300-400eat less a day, which is great for me. Each week I plan to change up my exercises.. I plan to…
