I use hardly any of the suggestions since few of them match the info on the nutrion label and most don't have serving sizings with a 1 gram option. I make my own listing per labels or the manufacturer's website if at all possible and the serving sizes are in grams for much more accurate tracking.

I've had a Flex for a few days and I like it. It seems accurate since I've had the app on my phone and watched it track my steps in real time. I'm getting a Fitbit Flex as a belated Christmas present. I walk and/or jog on the beach and I do a lot of walking at work so I'm curious as to how many steps I take in a typical day and how many more I may need to hit 10,000 a day.

Thanks. I forgot about LBM. I'm at about 24% body fat now so I don't really need 1g of protein per my scale weight. Time to recalculate! I used bb.com's LBM calculator and came up with 126 lbs. So I need to drop my protein settings. I just reset it to 45/25/30 CPF and that got it to 135 g protein, 20% dropped it 108 so I'm…

I used the patch, too. I figure anything that helps you stop is legit. Keep up the good work! Also, do NOT smoke with a patch on! I saw the warning and did it anyway (I'm not always the sharpest knife in the drawer) and it made my heart hurt for a few minutes. That was scary.

I got a microwave popper at Targét and it does the trick. No oil needed, just dump the popcorn in and let 'er rip.

What got me back on track this time happened the day before Thanksgiving. I was at work and was in the restroom. I had to suck my gut in to zip my pants, which should've been bad enough, but when I let my gut out the zipper busted. I had to go home and change clothes.

I love hot sauces, spaghetti sauce etc but not tomatoes. I can't stand stevia, so I won't eat foods with that as a sweetener. I could probably break the internet by listing foods I think are gross.

Seems legit, she says the first meal of the day is like the pilot light that keeps your metabolism going for the rest of the day. I sure don't want my metabolism to stop because I skipped breakfast!

If you're in acute pain you're doing it wrong. DOMS is entirely different though and it is a good thing but not necessary for progress. It is also what is meant when people say "No pain, no gain" since DOMS can be uncomfortable.

I get moody when I'm hungry so fasting doesn't work very well for me. Plus I like food.
