I've got a garmin heart rate monitor/GPS that does a great job. I have a foot pod so that it works both inside and outside. I couldn't do without it!

I rode my bike 15 miles today for one reason. There was this lovely Pinot Noir calling my name and it came with a great dinner...though a smaller dinner than I would have had pre MFP.

I allow myself to eat whatever I want. However, I must track every single thing I put in my mouth. Eventually I found that if i didn't want to track it I didn't want to eat it. It was a process and frankly somedays I still eat things that put me over my calorie goals....but i still track it no matter what.
