Thank you all. I wouldn't say I have low self esteem NOW, but I defineatly have in the past. I know a lot of my overeating is due to boredom . I do stay consistent with my workouts, and thank goodness for that because I would have probably gained back a lot more than the 10 lbs I am trying to lose. I just love food ,both…

OMG you can't see a difference? You look GREAT!!! Keep up the great work!

I am going to try. My arms are so sore from yesterdays work out.

I don't have a HRM, but according to what MFP says I usually burn @ 700-800 a day. I don't really like to burn less then 500. I try to do this at least 6 days a week.

WHAT???!!! I would trade my husband in for Vin !!!! ( and I think he knows) Although he would trade me in for Shania Twain and I just don't get that one!
-
I think the worse thing about those meals is the sodium content.
-
I say GO FOR IT!!!, if you have the calories available that is. I have chocolate pretty much everyday. Mini Reeses PB eggs are my favorite. I did have one of the choco covered Peeps the other day though and I have to agree DIVINE!!!

I am 5'4" . When I started on MFP I was 162, but now I am 146. I have about 6 lbs left to lose, even though my original goal was 144.

You sound like me! I have started slacking on the weekends the past few week and my weight loss has halted. Starting tomorrow I am back on track FULL FORCE!!! Good luck to you!
-
You two look amazing! I wish my husband would get on board to lose with me. After doing this for amost 3 years I would have thought he would have jumped on the bandwagon by now.

Haribo Gummy Bears. I could sit and eat a bag ( or 2) of those in 10 minutes. This time of year it's those Damn PEEPS!!! Now I realize that both of my options are fat free, but I don't think that matters when you eat a case!!! :)

I lost 100 lbs in 15 months on WW. My one year anniversary of hitting goal is in 5 days and I am only 5 lbs above my goal. It definitely works!!! I love WW!! If you find the right leader it is not all about the business at all. I joined MFP just to try something different, but honestly WW and MFP are both about diet and…

I sure hope so because I did the exact same thing! My BMI is 25.7 ! I am so close I can taste it and the darn scale will not move!!!

I started out doing the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009. Then I got a recumbent bike. I ride that pretty much every day. Now I ride the bike and do at least 30-45 minutes of some sort of cardio workout. I download them off of exercise tv.

My advice to you, STAY OFF THE SCALE TODAY! It will only discourage you. Give yourself a few days to calm down the water and sodium weight. Get right back on track. Everyone deserves a day ( or two) off here and there.

I have to say that if you have been off the wagon for 2 months and only gained 2-3 lbs , then you were not really OFF. But, I do understand being out of the mindset for losing. I did it a few months back. I had lost 100 lbs, got to my goal weight and then just got tired of having to work so hard. Fast forward 6 months and…

Made my first Cauli crust pizza today. Needs some tweaking , but really yummy!!!!

Now, if someone could only come up with a healthy DONUT !

I have done egg whites and applesauce, but new favorite is the diet soda cake ( coke cake) Just take a cake mix and add 12 oz of diet soda. If you are doing chocolate use coke or pepsi, if you are doing vanilla use sprite. Or you could mix it up and use a flavored drink ( diet sunkist, or diet dr. pepper) The cake does…

I would use light miracle whip and the fat free cream of chicken soup. Then cut the cheese back by half. It will still be high in sodium but with those ingredients I think it is unavoidable.

My bike has the heart rate sensors, but the calories burned are usually WAY higher on my bike then on MFP, so I usually just go with MFP.

When I am on the carpet I go barefoot. The friction my shoes makes on the carpet is very uncomfortable. I also ride my recumbent bike barefoot a lot as well.
-
I think it tastes, okay. Nothing compared to JIF, but for the calories I like it ! I also use it in milkshakes with a little fat free vanilla ice cream and milk . Just add the dry powder.

I am slowly coming out of my shell as well , so hello to you too!
-
I just posted almost the exact same thing! The consensus is that you need to either work out less or eat more.
-
Not to sound like an idiot, but what's the point of working out then? I don't want to eat that much. I don't even think I could eat that much without making very bad unhealthy choices. I know it can't be muscle, at least not this soon.

Deb- Thank you! I was on Weight Watchers for 2 years ( 2 1/2 now) . My leader was awesome and inspired me greatly. Honestly, I stuck with it because my father said I couldn't do it. I know that is silly and there are many other reasons now that I benefited from it , but that is what kept me going. It is mainly mental.…

I do ! But I also went and figured out how many points my MFP calories equal and it was 30!! On WW I was only allowed 22 ( this was the old points program , not the points plus) So, I figure it all equals out in the end. Personally I don't feel as cheated on here as I did on WW , but maybe I was just burned out. I was on…

Don't do it! I bought one and returned it the next day. You can tone better with hand weights. Plus it makes a terrible sound!

I am not sure if there are any work out games for the PS3 , if there are I would assume you would have to have the PS3 MOVE. We have the PS3 , but have never looked into fitness games. I have the Wii and I use it a lot and love it.
