Has anyone tried this product and did it work for you? Im looking for tips to tone my arms. suggestions welcome. thx.

My suggestion is get some light weights and tone your arms the old fashion way. You can also checkout bodybuilding.com for some workout on all body parts. It's a excellent website0 -
Lol.... A friend bought it for me for christmas as a joke... I did the 6 min video and I was tired..lol..I couldn't believe it. Yes its a good workout!0

Don't do it! I bought one and returned it the next day. You can tone better with hand weights. Plus it makes a terrible sound!0

I bought one recently...I have not used it yet. Still using regular dumbells..I dont see how anything can "not" work..unless you don't do it:) I will let you know after I use mine for a while if it is really beneficial or not:)0

I shook it in the box at Target that would feel too weird to me. Not sure how its meant to be used either.
I honestly don't think its worth the cost when regular hand weights are so much cheaper. For $30 you can find the kind with plates that go on so you can increase size. I had a set years ago but moved across country it was one thing to go.0
