This past week I miserably let myself down. On Sunday evening I swore to my self that I'd work my *kitten* of for the entire evening. I did not quite follow through :S
THIS WEEK IS MYYYYY WEEK! I have decided that I do not wanna let any excuses stand in the way of me taking my food and excersizes to the next level!!!

You sound like me! I have started slacking on the weekends the past few week and my weight loss has halted. Starting tomorrow I am back on track FULL FORCE!!!
