my omelets become scrambled eggs so I gave up at making omelets for the time being and my favorite is mixed with spinach and turkey ....i love the taste of the spinach, new favorite!!!

I don't think that should be an issue. I usually put a shake that I made in the fridge and let it sit until I need, but its not like it absorbed the water or anything like that. The only thing I can think of that will give you that problem is phylum fiber which if left too long, will definitely make a shake into jello…

Use as is, they have enough salt if they are salted. Use a food processor or any kind of grinder you'd like. Kelp powder is a bit different from that, but I mainly use it for face masks. Tell me how you liked your recipe :)

I add 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (any kind really but I like it with strawberries), cap full of vanilla extract, 1-1/2 cups of milk, and scoop of vanilla whey protein :) Its like the healthier version of strawberries and cream for me :) and you can add honey or splenda to make it sweeter if you want

Bumping this so I have more information :) But personally I liked the Luna Bar (S'mores flavor) its meant for women so you get the nutrients your body needs that men don't necessarily need as much of or any :) I am experimenting with homemade soon so I can know what I'm putting in exactly in protein, calories, etc. :)

I make a super easy shake with 1 scoop of protein ( 1.5 if I'm not going to eat something for more than 3 hours), 1/2 or 1 banana or any 1/2 cup of frozen fruit, 1 cup of skim or soy milk or any milk you like really, and a cap full of vanilla extract. It tastes yummy and lasts for a while :)
