Hang in there as it will get easier....I struggle with the same things you do. i cannot afford to join a gym so i work out @ home and try to walk on my lunch hour @ work just for this reason.....i have two kids and am a single mother....it can be done just keep the faith an keep your head up...........zumba is a excellent…
