    Lol no secret really. I watch the food I eat. I make better food choices and I exercise a lot more than I used to. I actually wasn't exercising at so I went from being totally sedentary to active. It's a painfully slow process though and a lot of the time the scale doesn't match how I feel, but the progress pictures and measurements help me get through those days and I remember that it's not about the scale it's more about how I feel about me and I feel great :happy:

    It's a great idea to take before and during pictures. Pictures are really worth a thousand words and you can usually see the difference there when the scale is not cooperating.
