  • It is the difference of sugar fiber one bars have refined sugars this can make you crave more. I eat lots of fruit I even include them in my meals. This will make healthy food taste better.   • I know what you are talking about. I lost 60 pounds and I can't seem to loose any more I have tried everything. When you find out how to do it please let me know.
  • Use your imagination picture your self wearing clothes a size or two smaller. I keep thinking about what it would be like to be skinny and thinking so hard that when I look in the mirror I am surprised at what I look like and it keeps me motivated.
