The Instinct Diet?

Hey there all. I was just wondering, has anybody heard of or tried The Instinct Diet? I found a copy of the book at my local grocery store, and it was a good deal, so I decided to get it. I've been reading it and it makes a lot of sense. I'm just wondering if it would be better to go with this as a diet plan, or go for the high protein, low carb diet that my fiance and I just decided to do. What are your thoughts?

Personally I am not a fan of any diets.. I think you should be more focused on the overall lifestyle change!!
Best of luck to you!!!0 -

I came across this link yesterday. These are two interesting articles and there is a number of items on this site that are interesting0 -
Do what works for you. Just remember it is a way of life not a diet. What ever you do you need to be able to do it forever to maintain a healthy diet.0

Well, from the looks of these articles, they're promoting a lot of the same stuff as this Instinct diet is. And just so it's clear, this diet is meant to bring about a lifestyle change, it's not meant to be a quick fix type thing. But, yeah, I think that using some ideas from the articles here, and using some from the book would be a good thing.0
