I totally thought this was just me! i had to stop eating oatmeal in the morning because it made me feel like i was starving two hours later! now i have one egg and one egg white, less calories but it totally works for me. Glad to hear others have the same issue!

eat foods that are bulkier with lower calories...try roasting some broccoli or other vegetables...grapefruit and apples are good appetite suppressants, try eating those when you get hungry. Instead of oatmeal for breakfast try having something with high protein...try some combination of whole eggs and egg whites. that will…

you need hand weights and a mat if you are working out on a hard surface. i think you can do it! its a tough workout but just go at your own pace until you can keep up. i would start with 2-3 lb weights at the beginning. good luck!

i dont know about what i dont like...but they just opened a panera about three blocks from my apt and i've been there three times already. the thai chopped chicken salad is my new obsession...and its only about 400 calories! mmm, i could go for one for dinner

avocado cucumber lettuce tomato cilantro low-fat mayo aioli this is my absolute favorite sandwich... however i eat a lot of avocado and end up going over my fat allowance...

i like lean cuisine dinners. they have a lot of sodium...but once in a while, i think its ok

i love avocado! its a great way to up your calories in a good way...however, i tend to go a little overboard, sometimes eating 1 to 1.5 entire avocados in a day...i'm trying to cut down on cheese and its a great replacement...i think there can be too much of a good thing...

i started running recently and it seriously messes with my appetite...i dont want to eat until lunch time! but i had a quarter of an avocado, and some cucumber slices...the rest of the cuke and avocado went into my veggie wrap for lunch!
