What supplies do you need for Jillian Michael's 30 day shred?

3-5 pound hand weights and a mat if you are working out on a hard surface0

Just like the above post said just weights and a mat. I would highly suggest starting out with the 3lb weights and see how you do. I actually change them up during the routine because some things I need the bigger weight. Good Luck and stick to it.0
