Can I bump this up for more wrap ideas?

Today I made a wrapin a wheat tortilla with 1/2 can of tuna mixed with 1/2 tbsp light mayo, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, and some basil, topped with 1/4 of a mango chopped up and some sliced green onions. The entire wrap was 206 calories. I also had some popcorn and strawberries on the side.

    Delish!

I like breakfast wraps (even at dinner sometimes, lol).

3 egg white omelette with melted fat free cheese
2 slices reduced fat bacon (the non-processed kind)
    1 flat out wrap

Total 216 calories and very filling.

I use grilled chicken breast, avocado, pico de gallo (diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lemon juice), lettuce, black olives, cucumbers and banana peppers. Freaking delicious.

I had a wrap for lunch today - leftover grilled salmon and zucchini with raw onion and spinach. Homeade dressing of horseradish mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and Mrs. Dash garlic & herb.

I have greens (spinach, collards, kale, chard) in my garden so I use those instead of lettuce since they have more nutrients.
