  • It depends where you live. Check out the "HappyCow" App to find locations of restaurants that cater to vegans in your area. Then ask for gluten free options when you get there. I eat out all the time, but I live in NYC where there are a lot of choices.

  • Yes, most people eat too many Kcals a day! I am suppose to eat 1210 and that is for 1.5 lb weight loss. I am shorter and a woman however if I were to lose 2 lbs a week it would be 900kcals per day.   • You have to eat more fiber. Cook some veggies with just a little bit of beans. I just cooked up a half a head of cabbage with some onions and a third of a cup of red lentils... makes two big bowls and keeps you really full!

  • Low Kcal vegan diet is the way to go. 1200 kcals, mostly veggies. Make soups if you get hungry, with vegan "soup"! Check out my food lists. I don't know how much I lost yet because I refuse to get on a scale but I went from a size 12 pants to a size 8.

And no it is not just the nori wrappers or the seaweed salad. I am hard core, buy pounds of it. Nutritional yeast, various types of tofu, Pond scum aka spirulina.
