at first I treated it like a class or an appointment I had to go to. Every tuesday and thursday no excuses. doing something only 20 times can create a habit. Once you start feeling the results you will want to go more! good luck.

yes if I up my calories from 1280 to 1500-1800 calories a day I will not eat back my workout calories. I don't really know how I can eat over that anyways considering the foods I eat. Thanks for the help!

Thanks everyone! I did not gain weight back in the time I was off, I only lost 4 pounds in 8 months? Thats b.c I wasn't tracking. Now I gotta get back to tracking and stay tracking. I probably would have been at my goal by now if I had. So I'm still down almost 22lbs!

I did it for a few months. it got me over a hump I was stuck at for a while, but now I'm back on MFP. They basically do the same thing, if you are only doing online then stay with MFP. However, if you want the face-to-face the meetings are great!

Thanks Holly, I should mention I only work a few shifts a week, so I dont want to change that setting since its not every day.

Sometimes the scale might not move for a week or 2 even if you are eating well. This happens to me too. Start measuring yourself as well, its SO much more motivating then just looking at the scale. If you are working out too you are building muscle as you burn the fat so it might even out one week. Keep up the good work!
