Uhm... I only added 1 tbsp of coconut oil into my coffee yesterday morning .... and was pretty much already feeling half the ketosis symptoms this morning at around 5am..... <3

I don't know the exact readings but, My doctor told me that my blood pressure was the same as a Skinny skinny tiny person (am not a skinny person) and to add more HEALTHY FATS to my diet :p ....Coming from a Diabetic FAMILY ... That's GREAT NEWS.... So happy I can eat the WHOLE avocado now.... :) <3

Awesome... Thanks guys... I finally learned to prep my meals so that wouldn't be a problem... I guess I'll just slow down a bit on my beans and grains intake.... I found out they add up my carbs count like crazy... and kinda make me constipated too.... so more veggies and fruits it is... thanks for all the advice.

try the Leslie Sansome Walk at home dvds or you can buy the download too ... I lost 20lbs jst by walking 5 times per week.... good luck

I wasn't suppose to eat cheetos or any crappy food ... but I had Cheetos instead of dinner 2 nights ago and now am beating myself inside the head feeling frustrated because I haven't loss more weight than I thought.... lol I use my filthy sweaty gym clothes for up to 2 weeks... as long as the stench is not too aggravating…
