Feel free to add me. I stopped counting because of illness and have just re-started today with a short gym session and some sensible eating.

That was a good idea :-) My input was to ask if you've drunk enough liquids, this is normally the reason I'm hungry.

Lost 0.5lb so missed that target, Managed to go to the gym 3 times :-) So this week going for 2 lb loss and keeping up the 3 visits in one week to the gym

loved reading your message. And probably like most people I can relate. My moment was last Feb, when I was remembering the year before going around Petra and realising that in that year that had pasted I'd put on another stone and my fitness level was at an all time low. Can't say I've had much joy with the weight loss…

I'm the same as a few others, I largely just have access using my phone as can't use this site at work, so just log once a week. But I'm there with you.

Told my P/T about joining this challenge. Had a session with him today and he added weights, ouch! Did the 75 and a couple more. Dreading the 200, but I guess when were there we won't really notice them so much :-)

Hello Everyone, been trying to get fit and lose weight. This should help me along the way and probably help me last a bit longer when doing squats in the gym with weights. I'm 40 and just getting over starting my life again - new job, new town & no husband
