What I mean by that is, take the time to plan a satisfying mini-meal, and it's not a big deal to go over your calories by a little. 100 calories or so won't make or break your long-term success, but feeling deprived might derail you.0 -

yogurt activia without sugar always help me and I put cinnamon on top.
also rice or corn crisps fill me up (the simple non sugared ones) 2 big ones is 60 calories (the ones i eat).0
