I dont know about miles but I drove over 2300km in a year according to runtastic mountain bike. Before a few days I did a 45km ride in one way and had to return home which made it over 90km in a day, but without any preparation whatsoever. Thats my max km ride, which i did twice in a year. Goal: 3000km I guess

Hey, I feel for you man, did you know you could eat anything that fit your macros (like junk food) and still lose weight. The only thing is that junk food is too calorie dense and you wont feel satied at all after only 2200kcal. My suggestion is to start at 3500kcal and slowly lower the calories if your progress stalls
