    They simply inject SYNTHOL into the arm, chest whatever, its temp and you have to keep reapplying it. Your body will naturally absorb the synthol over time.

    Frustrated with 16" arms????? :huh: Look at some of the best bodybuilders over the last 20 or 30 years. George Eiferman only had 16.5" arms in his prime! And some of the biggest NATURAL bodybuilders like John Grimeck and Steve Reeves only had 18" arms at around 8-10%LBM. I hate to say it but if you have 16" arms right now it's mostly fat not muscle.
