I'd like to join I've been hiitin the trails and roads a lot recently upped my miles to 30 a day 5 days a week in north east lost two days last week due to extreme heat0

I dont know about miles but I drove over 2300km in a year according to runtastic mountain bike. Before a few days I did a 45km ride in one way and had to return home which made it over 90km in a day, but without any preparation whatsoever. Thats my max km ride, which i did twice in a year. Goal: 3000km I guess0
