FRUSTRATED with 16 Inches!!!!!
It might even be a little less, I think I get my finger stuck in the tape. I've been measuring my arms with no change at all. I;ve been at 16 inches for a wile now. I see guys on the internet with 28 inch arms, even over 30!! I know that would be unrealistic for me. My goal is to double that size to 23 inches. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong I'm such a failure. Here is my workout routine I've just started last week. Its an A B repeat.
A
Bench press, lat pull down, preacher curls, skull crusher, dip machine
B
Inclined bench, dumbbell curls, cable overhead extension, EZ bar curl
I also do pushups at home, I've eliminated all of my leg workouts till I see progress to my goal.. What can I do? I see online these guys doing this clean. I have no interest in any performance enhancers.

The question is.... is your lady satisfied? Does she really need a couple more inches.....to be happy.
Can she take it all in stride? Or does she already need some space. You might have gone too far.
Or maybe you just need to work it a bit more, to make it harder? Make those inches count.0 -

Im sure you dont know what you are talking about. Biggest real arms are around 23", talking about mr. olympias and of course, they are enhanced. I dont know where did you see anyone with 30" arms, because that is genetically impossible. And that egyptian synthol guy, in reality, doesnt even have 16" guns, its all synthol, they are full of oil, and he cant curl even 50lbs. You should really be happy with what you have right now.0

I can relate. My big influence is Furious Pete off of Youtube. My arms are smaller than yours, mine are 366cm (14 and a bit inches in wacky imperial) I've slowly added 2-4mm each week. It's a tiny change but a change nonetheless and it will add up eventually. Don't be disheartened, it's just a plateau. Keep at it , mate.0

If you can do more than 12 on an exercise then add more weight so you stay in that 8-12 rep range0 -
If the pics you posted is the result you are looking for stop your routine all together...
Go have a doctor implant some silicone breast implants in your arms then you will look like these guys that have shot synthol in their arms to make up for their lack of ability in the weight room...
I read an article by Casey Butt a few years ago that said it best... "the chances of a drug-free bodybuilder attaining lean 22" arms are about the same as him sprouting wings."0 -
@OP, you have to be joking, right? Those are the freaking arms you are wanting? They look like *kitten*! You can get them asap though, just order synthol and some hypodermic needles. Its also a good idea to use alcohol to clean the injection area too, you don't want big puss filled oil pockets.
If you have been only working out for one week, you will not see any gains at all!!!!!
