  • Welcome to MFP..you will find lots of support here. I am new to this as well but so far its a great tool. I too gained my weight after my children were born and I have been so busy putting them first the last few years that my weight crept up way further than I should have let it.
  • I decided to throw away my scale this time around as i found I was way too freakin obesssed with the numbers! I would not even stand on the dam thing till i had a pee. I will use my clothes to judge loss and weigh in every couple weeks or so. What ever you choose...good luck

  • We all have those days..I think the thing to remember is that unless you can incorporate your diet into your "normal" life it will not become a long term life change! ...Guess what everyone has to indulge once in awhile..it's normal just move on and don't beat yourself up about it!
