For those suggesting Wendy's chili, as yummy as it is... I recently had a bad experience with my chili. There was some sort of nasty bug in my small order of chili! I try to weigh in at least once a week, usually on Sunday mornings so I can prep myself for the week. But in the past I've been one to weigh myself everyday... the fluctuations got to be so frustrating that I decided once a week was plenty.

I prefer to eat after a work out. Just works best for me personally don't feel so weighed down by food. If you need energy try something light like nuts before your work out. I try to eat within an hour afterwards.

Bearkisses I try to go to bed before my significant other starts snoring LOL :laugh: which is usally about 9:00-9:30pm. Although last week I fell asleep at like 7:30-8pm a few nights just because I was dog tired for the first week. :yawn:

Amen to that! It sucks getting up so stinkin' early but for me personally it makes my day go so much smoother. I'm ready and on time for appointments and work. Nice job! 12min mile is awesome! I can proudly say my NSV is week two day one of a 5am, four days a week, gym routine! In the past I NEVER worked out that early. I gotta say it feels great :)
