Smoked less. Resisted the cookie on top of the microwave. Limited myself to ONE tablespoon of peanut butter. Planned out my food for the day and have been sticking to it all day so far.0

Had a great breakfast, drank all my water this morning. Did one hour of cyling, walked the dog as well and packed my lunch. Feeling happy and proud of myself, although I ate one small chocolate chip cookie. In the past one chocolate chip cookie would

Packed healthy food for my 12 hour shift at work, on par for my water intake for the day, hitting the weights during my lunch break in 1.5 hours and planning on doing 30 mins on the treadmill tonight!0
