Went shopping today and was pleasantly surprised that I dropped another dress size! :smiley: :smile: :smiley: I've come from a size 16 to a size 6! YAY! My weight has been the same for over a year, so I guess maintenance is going well.

Big boys had a rugby game today, so I made some sammiches for pre/post game fuel. Went great with beer too. *burrrp* The muddy men loved it! Chicken marinated and basted in my BBQ sauce blend, cheese, fresh sweet tomatoes, wholegrain bread and more BBQ sauce.
