Indian food is always good. So much flavour from spices! Chicken and fish tikka, seekh mutton kebab and chicken malai tikka. Not in picture: unleavened bread, chicken biryani, raita (natural yogurt with cucumber and mint) and spinach paneer.

Baked a banana (and chocolate, of course!) cake to wolf down during a rugby game. Was a pretty big hit with the crowd!

Same as the majority of the people in this thread - simple stir-fry with garlic and maybe some heat. Either chipotle peppers or Tabasco or sometimes both!

I'm in love with spices and meals under 15 minutes! Chicken in a blend of: turmeric, cumin, pepper, paprika, red chilli flakes, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Flavour packs a serious punch! B)

It's Halloween! Partied it up, candied it up with no regrets! Sugary cocktails, shots after shots with friends. Weight loss is cool, but having a great time and making memories with friends is cooler. My adult candy bag looked like this:

I got gifted a whole care package of sweet treats! <3 I skipped lunch and basically just ate from every single bag / box. :p

Greek yogurt. Chia seeds, fresh passion fruit, bananas. Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. :) The cream kinda soup base around the yogurt (looks like a moat) is a thick mix of vanilla whey protein + milk. Just adds that sweetness to the yogurt.

Peanut butter, peanut butter with nutella, peanut butter with chocolate and marshmallows, you get my drift. Also deep fried pork rinds. Butter on everything. Cheese and nuts with everything.
