Right?!
I always admire the pretty presentations too....the lovely dishes, the well thought garnishes.
I've become a believer in "we eat with our eyes".
Somehow, I slow down and savour my meal when I take the time to make it look pretty.

Mine was yet another experimental fusion. Made lychee stuffed with duck, green curry, hot chilli scallop sauce, pine nuts and coriander, served with curry udon.

Another food fair which means ... *head desk* Giant prawn noodles, coconut jelly with caramel pudding, salty caramel mille crepes and claypot rice ... all in one day. Sigh.

Lunch was salt baked chicken wrap and dinner was scallops with garlic and crawfish. Tea and dessert were mille crepes - chocolate & tiramisu. Yes, I will have to walk like a demon tomorrow to work these off!

Big boys had a rugby game today, so I made some sammiches for pre/post game fuel. Went great with beer too. *burrrp* The muddy men loved it!
Chicken marinated and basted in my BBQ sauce blend, cheese, fresh sweet tomatoes, wholegrain bread and more BBQ sauce.
