I LOVE my crock pot, best thing ever. Tonight's dinner was Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada Soup topped with green onion, cilantro, cheese, avocado, a little crushed tortilla chips and sour cream. Kid approved which is awesome
Wow that looks awesome. Can I get your recipe?0 -

I really need to remember to take pictures before I eat lol. Tonight's dinner was meatloaf (half lean ground beef and half lean ground turkey) on two slice of white wheat bread and cut green beans. Everything posted looks so good!0

@crazyravr what did you think of the Hassleback Sweet Potatoes? What did you top them with?
I've made regular Hassleback potatoes a couple of times and every time feel underwhelmed by the finished product. They look so cool, and sound like they would be so awesome, but to quote my husband, "they just don't taste as good as they seem like they should".0 -

Haha, most of them are bought from bakeries or farmers markets. I do eat them all, but not all at once- I have a tendency to eat 1/2 of this or 1/4 of that (I like to portion them out so I can try as much as I can at once) and spread them out over a few days0 -

Is that a...struggle burger? Love ramen. But I couldn't do that man...
It was awesome and not a challenge to eat at all!

Nothing like being able to scan a barcode and have my meal tracked! I really love the Green Giant Steamers line of frozen veggies.

My elderly Dad and I went out to a restaurant for Thanksgiving. The meal was roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, roasted butternut squash, dressing, cranberry sauce, turkey gravey, steamed whole green beans, basil rolls with pumpkin butter, and for dessert I chose the pumpkin custard (dad chose a chocolate peanut butter custard thing).
Really good.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

It was great! The ramen 'buns' are very interesting texturally and worked well with the patty. I normally don't care for mochi, but the matcha-red bean pairing made it fantastic. It also helped that the mochi was slightly crispy on the outside, rather than being entirely soft.0 -

@Queenmunchy I do the same but individually packed meals (separate all) into ziplock bags. That way I dont have to eat "rice" and soup hehe
I have been freezer cooking for almost 8 years and most of mine are just one pot meals. This one, I wanted to add in the cauli-rice - the stew begs for it! It's a little too "potent" to just eat as a soup.
I had to donate about 2 months of meals to my little brother...just diagnosed Celiac and, although all of them were grain free, I used chicken bouillon in a lot of them. I was so annoyed.0 -
We had an egg theme today so it was soft coddled eggs with duck, lychee and petai green curry.
