My elderly Dad and I went out to a restaurant for Thanksgiving. The meal was roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, roasted butternut squash, dressing, cranberry sauce, turkey gravey, steamed whole green beans, basil rolls with pumpkin butter, and for dessert I chose the pumpkin custard (dad chose a chocolate peanut butter custard thing).
Really good.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

It was great! The ramen 'buns' are very interesting texturally and worked well with the patty. I normally don't care for mochi, but the matcha-red bean pairing made it fantastic. It also helped that the mochi was slightly crispy on the outside, rather than being entirely soft.0 -

@Queenmunchy I do the same but individually packed meals (separate all) into ziplock bags. That way I dont have to eat "rice" and soup hehe
I have been freezer cooking for almost 8 years and most of mine are just one pot meals. This one, I wanted to add in the cauli-rice - the stew begs for it! It's a little too "potent" to just eat as a soup.
I had to donate about 2 months of meals to my little brother...just diagnosed Celiac and, although all of them were grain free, I used chicken bouillon in a lot of them. I was so annoyed.0 -
We had an egg theme today so it was soft coddled eggs with duck, lychee and petai green curry.
