I get my treats from farmers markets and local bakeries. I'm always on Instagram looking for new places to try and have a major sweet tooth I live in Vancouver, BC, which is foodie central!

Lunch was potluck with the colleagues so it was mixed salad and pork rib noodles. After all that food, I decided a simple dinner was in order. Asparagus sauteed with rillette and served with soft boiled eggs, followed by some yoghurt.

Grilled chicken breast with baked potato I added chopped bacon, jalapeños, and cheese to the potato and threw in some mixed veggies

Yesterday's meal was at a subway sushi joint meal - sake don, chawanmushi, tamago and iced lemon tea. I avoided the miso soup because it was so msg-ladened. Dinner was roasted spicy lemon grass chilli pork roll and kimchi.
Today's was rojak salad and prawn noodles soup, followed by pistachio cranberry butter cookies and my ever trusty cardamon tea.

Protein pizookie with ghirardelli chocolate chips, snicker doodle protein powder, and Edy's slow churned triple chocolate ice cream. I ate it all.

I will probably do half next time because that was way too much protein powder for me and the cookie was so thick. That's a little pie tin.
ETA thats with a whole serving of chocolate chips. There's a lot of room to make this lower calorie.0
