I like the fitbit 1 (the one with clip) I don't like the band because you cant look at your results!!! It depends on what you want I don't have the patience to wait and see how good I'm doing I like to be able to look right away

I am having the same problem!!! I feel like I'm going to explode if I eat anymore food!! I am trying to snack more throughout the day. ok so I set mine to lightly active because I thought that had to do with working. I run approx. 3 miles a day, walk to do crunches pushups, etc and also weight training should I change it to active or whatever the higher choice is?

o so if I eat 1200 calories a day, I'm fine? No matter how much exercise I do?

So can this be possible with hand weights? Or do I need to get dumb bells? I don't have time for the gym as I have a daughter with medical issues so I do all my workouts at home?

Are you on medication for your thyroid? I have hyper and lost weight like crazy and then I started medication and it turned it hypo and I have been having to work twice as hard to lose weight.

so when it says you've earned "x" amount of calories from exercise I should eat more? I just want to make sure Im reading right. Like my calorie intake is 1200 but today it says 1600 so that's because of the exercise I did?

not to be creepy but what kind of weight training helped you get "perky" lol Im really not trying to be creepy but before I got pregnant I was a double d and after having my kids I am a c and have been ready up different exercise to help perk up but haven't had any luck :)

I was never worried about my diet until I started using calorie counting and realized on average I am eating 900 fewer calories a day than I should be. So I think for some people it is a good idea. Especially to try to just see where you are

I do that workout in the winter when I cant get outside!! I was the same way keep pushing in a few days it will be easy!!! Just keep it up and push yourself!!

Have a good support system!! Find something you like to do and use that for your exercise.
