Hi I am Sara! I am 5'7" and 20yrs old, and my birthday is Nov. 5th, so Halloween would be an AWESOME goal to get down so that I can have an awesome time looking and feeling great for my 21st! With the running and cycling, try throwing in some squats, lunges, and fire hydrants (love those). Anything that works the legs!
