Egg whites fried in coconut oil, avocado sliced, and Frank's hot sauce! Nom nom!

I eat it a with diced fruit on top. You can also blend it and use it in place of sour cream, mayo, and spices and such for dressings and dips.

Laughing Cow onion and jalapeno flavored cheese, ryvita crackers, liquid egg whites. This is not new stuff...but tasty and new to my new lifestyle!

I am now 90% migraine free due to self diagnosis and tried stop eating as much wheat as possible! Life is sooo much better :)
