I have PCOS and I am currently down 50 lbs. I was on clomid (and first provera) to conceive my son but currently I am not on any medication because I am hoping, trying, praying, wishing to conceive again and my husband doesn't wish to use fertility treatments but I don't seem to be ovulating.

My friend's little girl eats it on bread with strawberry jelly and those miniature marshmallows you put in hot chocolate. I haven't tried it yet because I'm afraid I would never eat anything else again. It's so addictive for me. I also have to buy the little single serving packs.

I usually eat a protein bar. Luna makes some that I really like. I also bring turkey jerky sometimes.
