I go there sometimes... It's pretty far from my house. I get stuff like edamame and different sauces and crackers.. the veggies and fruits are organic. It's a little more pricey but the food is really good and interesting. :) People always ask me what the heck am I eating now?! .. lol I eat weird to them I guess.

30 day shred is great.. I workout with that currently ... I haven't went the entire 30 days but its a goal. Jillian Michaels has levels so you can choose which ones you can do and progress to harder moves the more fit you get.. Hey Bisco... I am having the SAME problem. I have been in the 190 range and fluctuating anywhere from 1-3 lbs for over a month.. It's so frustrating... I stopped and took a break because I guess I was giving up a lil... but I started back up again and I have shed about 2 1/2 lbs this week. I just hope it keeps coming off.…

GREAT JOB! I started to get up early to do it every morning too, I have to work all day and by the time I get off work I have kids to tend to and not really any time left for me and I'm usually exhausted by then. Great job on gettin up in the a.m. to workout.:)))

I just don't think I could drink 8 glasses a day of WATER. I don't enjoy drinking things. I am a sipper, I sip on something all day.. I take ALL day to drink something.. and my urine color is extremely light, no dehydration here. LOL

I use to have a puppet team and I was a puppeteer myself... I can make all different kinds of voices. I LOVE to rollerskate (old school skates, not roller blades), and I LOVE reggaeton music. :) Not sure if thats super interesting.

what motivates me is .... I'm sick of not being comfortable in my own skin. I hate to wear clothes and try to hide in them.. I want to look good in my clothes. I want them to fit good and I usually HATE summer.. This year, I'm determined to LOVE it. ;O).... Also, I've noticed, being a part of a 30 day challenge helps too.

I try to eat back my calories, I don't always eat them, but sometimes I do and sometimes I even go over. I just feel so hungry! I'm not eating foods with much fat... I eat many veggies and tuna... salads. Maybe I should get back on the peanut butter. I didn't feel so hungry then.
